Turkey Dash History
In 2011, Stephani Logan and Connie Dingeman visited the Keizer Chamber of Commerce to see if a partnership could be formed. You see, Stephani and Connie enjoy running and they wanted to share their love of running with their community on a day of the year where we could all use a little extra movement. At the time, our then Executive Director, Christine, knew she had met a couple of gals whose hearts were in the right place and agreed to become their partner. Each year a local non profit is chosen to receive a portion of the proceeds from the Turkey Dash registrations.
McNary CMP Program
This cutting edge 6th-12th grade program is unique in that it will address the dynamic and changing landscape of the music industry, serving the needs of the vast number of students that currently do not fit the traditional classical offerings that are typical to most school experiences. We offer classes in recording arts, guitar, pop/rock/rap performance, piano, sound and lighting production.
