Keizer Chamber of Commerce Announces Dan Clem as New Executive Director
Keizer, OR — The Keizer Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Clem as its new Executive Director.
Clem brings decades of leadership experience spanning chamber management, nonprofit executive leadership, public service, and business advocacy. He most recently served as Executive Director of the Salem Union Gospel Mission and previously led the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce as CEO. His background also includes legislative affairs work with the Oregon State Chamber of Commerce, service as a Salem City Councilor, and senior leadership roles with the State of Oregon, including Director of the Oregon Department of Aviation.
“Dan’s depth of experience, strong relationships, and passion for community make him the right leader for this next chapter of the Keizer Chamber,” said Jeremy Turner, President of the Keizer Chamber of Commerce. “He understands how to support businesses, advocate effectively, and bring people together around a shared vision.”

Clem has prior involvement with the Keizer Chamber and brings a strong understanding of the local business landscape, along with extensive experience managing complex organizations, budgets, and community-driven initiatives.
Clem officially assumes the role of Executive Director effective Monday, February 9, 2026.
