Local Oregon artist and rising star, Jacquie Roar, is coming to KeizerFEST! As a nationally known singer-songwriter, Jacquie has graced stages from the Oregon Jamboree to Nashville.
After a four-chair turn, she placed 4th on Season 24 of The Voice, a favorite throughout the competition. She’s known for her powerhouse vocals, high-energy performances, and emotionally-charged ballads. Her solo-track, “Bad Habit” was just released earlier in February.
Touring with Jacquie is electric guitarist, Christian Pond. Another local but well-known artist from Grand Ronde, Oregon and one of the founding members of The Boondock Boys. You won’t want to miss this concert!

Interstate-5 Southbound
- Head south on I-5 toward Salem
- Take exit 260B toward Keizer
- Turn right at Chemawa Rd N
- Turn left to stay on Chemawa Rd N
- In the roundabout, take the second exit
- At the light, go straight
- At the next light, go straight
- At the four-way stop, go straight
- Just past the dog park, turn left on Chemawa Rd N into the Keizer Rapids Park entrance
From Salem Center:
- Head north on Liberty St NE
- Turn left on Broadway St NE
- Broadway turns into River Road
- Head through Keizer
- Turn left onto Chemawa Rd N
- At the four-way stop, go straight
- Just past the dog park, turn left on Chemawa Rd N into the Keizer Rapids Park entrance
Interstate-5 Northbound
- Head north on I-5 N
- Take exit 260 toward Keizer
- Turn left at Chemawa Rd N
- Turn left to stay on Chemawa Rd N

- Take the Marion Street Bridge (Highway 22)

- Broadway turns into River Road
- Head through Keizer
- Turn left onto Chemawa Rd N
- At the four-way stop, go straight
- Just past the dog park, turn left on Chemawa Rd N into the Keizer Rapids Park entrance
Directions to KeizerFEST Parade
Best time to arrive is before 9:00 am to access parking along cross streets. River Road will close south of Claggett at 9:00 am and at 10:30 am from Lockhaven to Plymouth Drive.
