Networking

Every month, the Keizer Chamber hosts a variety of events which focus on issues that affect your business and at the same time provides the opportunity to network with your peers. Networking events include:

Greeters

Scheduled each Tuesday morning of the month from 8:30AM-9:30AM. Members can sign up to host a Morning Greeters. The opportunity is included in your membership dues. Greeters are normally held at the host business’ location. In the event that a business location cannot accommodate a crowd, a Greeters may be hosted at another location of your choosing. Hosts are given the opportunity to give a 15-20 minute presentation about their business at Greeters and gives an opportunity for other businesses to listen and meet other Chamber members.

Chamber After-Hours

Scheduled the third Thursday of the month from 5:30PM-7PM. This opportunity allows members to meet the rest of the local business community who can’t attend the early morning events in a more relaxed setting. We feature a different host each month, at the McNary Golf Course’s The View Restaurant & Lounge.

KNOW (Keizer Network of Women)

A networking and professional development luncheon for business women. Held on the first Wednesday of the month, from 11:45AM – 1PM, at the McNary Golf Course’s The View Restaurant & Lounge. We have a different speaker every month who present on various topics and subjects relevant to our business community.

Online Presence

With your website listing you will get a user name and password which allows you to log on to the Chamber website, and customize your information to your liking. You can add hours of operation, directions to your location, also key words that will help guide website visitors to your business. Along with a whole toolbox of goodies to get your message heard here in the Keizer area.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies

The Keizer Chamber Board and Membership Team are standing by to celebrate those great moments in your business. Schedule a Ribbon-cutting Ceremony for your new business, business expansion or relocation. Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies are promoted in our weekly newsletter.

Throughout the year the Chamber will host opportunities for similar businesses and industries to meet. Coordinated efforts are discussed and explored to advance or develop business, development of workforce, and operation solutions.

The Chamber and it’s Economic Development and Government Affairs Committee has a history of close to 50 years of speaking as one voice on issues concerning private enterprise, competitive marketing, and the encouragement of innovative expansion and development of all segments of the community.
