Thanks to the generous support of our community partners and sponsors, the 2024–2025 cohort of Leadership Keizer successfully completed a powerful and inspiring journey in community leadership.
This year, we welcomed 15 dynamic and dedicated individuals into the program, each eager to deepen their understanding of Keizer and grow as leaders. From October 2024 through April 2025, participants engaged in an immersive experience that connected them with the civic, economic, and nonprofit lifeblood of our city. Their journey concluded with a celebration of their achievements during the KeizerFest graduation ceremony in May 2025.
What Is Leadership Keizer?
Leadership Keizer is more than a leadership program—it’s a transformative, behind-the-scenes experience that offers participants a unique view of how our city truly operates. Through exclusive access to decision-makers, hands-on learning opportunities, and peer connections, the program equips participants with the tools and inspiration to lead with purpose—both within their organizations and across the Keizer community.
Our mission is to build informed, connected, and engaged leaders who are ready to contribute meaningfully to Keizer’s continued growth and vibrancy.

Community Service Project
The cohort planned and completed a service project benefiting a local recovery home—putting their leadership into action for a worthy cause.
